Do Something You Enjoy

Track Your Activity
You might not realize how little you move during the day. Exercising 30 minutes every day is great, but you could maximize your fitness efforts by moving more during the rest of the day, too. When you're adding workouts to your already busy schedule, you're going to lose time with your spouse, kids, family, or friends. Instead, work out with your loved ones so you get the exercise and time with family and friends. Go for a run while your kids ride their bikes. Plan a weekend walk with your friends. Join a spinning class with your spouse. Not only will you feel accountable to exercise, but you will also get to spend extra time with the people you love.
